The SUNHOPE Aluminum Brazing Furnace is designed for the continuous production of aluminum radiators, condensers, intercoolers, oil coolers, and other brazed heat exchangers. Combining precise temperature control, a stable nitrogen atmosphere, and adjustable conveyor speed, the furnace helps manufacturers achieve consistent brazing quality while maintaining high production efficiency.
With more than 15 years of experience in radiator and condenser manufacturing, SUNHOPE understands the practical challenges involved in aluminum brazing, including joint consistency, oxidation control, and production throughput. This experience has been incorporated into the design of our Continuous CAB Brazing Furnace.
In aluminum heat exchanger production, temperature stability is often more important than simply reaching the target brazing temperature. Even small temperature fluctuations can affect filler metal flow, resulting in weak joints, excessive brazing material consumption, or product distortion.
The SUNHOPE Aluminum Brazing Furnace utilizes a multi-zone heating system with precise temperature control to maintain a stable brazing environment throughout the production cycle.

This level of control is particularly important when producing automotive radiators and condensers where consistent brazed joints directly affect pressure resistance and product durability.
Different heat exchanger designs require different residence times inside the furnace. The continuously adjustable conveyor system allows operators to optimize the brazing cycle according to product specifications and production targets.

Oxidation is one of the most common factors affecting aluminum brazing quality. To minimize oxidation during the brazing cycle, the furnace operates under a controlled nitrogen atmosphere.
Nitrogen purity: ≥99.9995%
Nitrogen consumption: 35–45 m³/h
A stable nitrogen atmosphere supports uniform filler metal flow and reliable joint formation, helping manufacturers achieve cleaner brazed surfaces and improved leak resistance.
The furnace adopts a continuous tunnel structure that integrates drying, heating, brazing, and cooling processes into a single production flow.
