The system integrates servo drives, PLC control, and automated tube feeding, fin placement, positioning, pressing, and optional tube expansion—functions that can be further enhanced with tube expanding machine or hydraulic expander machine modules. By combining high precision with high efficiency, it significantly reduces manual labor while ensuring consistent product quality.
