Working Principle (Process Flow)
Manual Loading: Operator places the radiator onto the machine platform.
Clamping & Positioning: The product is securely clamped in place.
Heating & Softening: The platform moves the product into an oven where the plastic film is softened. A blowing function can be used during this stage to prevent the film from draping incorrectly.
Transfer to Forming Area: The softened film and product are moved to the forming station.
Pre-Vacuum Bubble Blow: A crucial step where air is blown to create a bubble, ensuring the film properly surrounds the product before vacuum is applied.
Vacuum Sealing: Automatic vacuum suction draws the film tightly around the product contours.
Cooling: A fan activates to cool and set the film.
Mold Separation & Unloading: The forming mold opens, and the operator removes the sealed, packaged product.
